These terms govern your use of OffChart™, a product of The Honeycomb. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
OffChart helps you track vacation, CME, comp time, sick days, and other leave against your own contract details. The Free plan is the full product, not a trial — a paid Pro tier with additional features (like calendar sync) is planned, at a price to be determined, and will always be optional.
OffChart is built for physicians, NPs, PAs, CRNAs, and similar professionals, though anyone may use it. You must be at least 18 years old. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure.
Use OffChart for its intended purpose — tracking your own leave and contract data. Don't attempt to disrupt the service, access other users' data, or reverse-engineer the app.
OffChart is a personal tracking tool. It's built to be accurate, but your employer's HR or payroll system remains the authoritative record of your leave balances. We recommend reconciling periodically, especially before making decisions based on a balance shown in the app.
OffChart is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, The Honeycomb and OffChart aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including leave miscalculations — see the note above about reconciling with your employer's records.
You may stop using OffChart and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let you know directly.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
