This policy describes how OffChart™, a product of The Honeycomb, handles information when you use the OffChart app or this website. It's written in plain language on purpose — if anything is unclear, reach out and we'll clarify it.
To provide the service, OffChart collects:
We use your information to operate and improve OffChart, generate the leave reports and summaries you ask for, respond when you contact us, and let you know about material changes to the app. We don't use your contract or leave data for advertising.
We do not sell your personal information or your contract/leave data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Like most software, OffChart relies on infrastructure and service providers (for example, hosting and email delivery) to operate. Those providers process data on our behalf and under our instructions — they don't get to use it for anything else.
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time by contacting us. If you delete your account, your contract and leave data is removed from active systems, subject to any backups that age out on a normal schedule.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, whichever is longer.
OffChart is intended for licensed and practicing healthcare professionals and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let you know directly.
